The Hudson Public Schools did a complete inventory of stored foods used in the school lunch program. All stored food is "in date" . This inventory was conducted after news reports of "outdated" foods being served in the Boston Public School System. We do not have the large freezer capacities of larger districts and this fact helps to ensure that foods are properly rotated or identified  as "out of date" and marked for disposal.
