Mulready Window Abatement and Replacement Project

Hudson Public Schools, through its Facilities Department, is seeking two separate sealed bids (1) for asbestos abatement of wall caulking, window glazing, including the removal and disposal of 22 existing classroom aluminum window storefronts and (1) for replacement of 22 existing classroom aluminum window storefronts at the Mulready Elementary School 306 Cox Street Hudson, MA 01749. Bid documents will be available after 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at the HPS Facilities Department 155 Apsley Street or by emailing [email protected]. Sealed bids are due in the Facilities Department on or before 10:00 AM Wednesday, March 6, 2024. There will be a bid walk at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 21, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the school entrance for all interested bidders. All MGL c. 149 rules of bid and award will govern this project. This is a prevailing wage project.

Farley Boiler Replacement Project

Hudson Public Schools, through its Facilities Department, is seeking sealed bids from responsible contractors to provide a labor and materials turn-key project for the removal of existing steel tube boilers and replacement with (2) gas-fired condensing boilers at the Farley Elementary School 119 Cottage Street Hudson, MA 01749. Bid documents will be available on after 10:00 AM on Thursday, February 15, 2024 at the HPS Facilities Department 155 Apsley Street or by emailing [email protected]. Sealed bids are due in the Facilities Department on or before 10:00 AM Wednesday February 28, 2024. There will be a mandatory site pre-bid walk at 10:00 AM on February 21, 2024 at the school entrance for all interested bidders. All MGL c. 149 rules of bid and award will govern this project. This is a prevailing wage project.
